The Law of Attraction Explained
Mar 9th
To put it simply, what you truly believe… becomes!
According to the ‘Universal’ phenomena frequently referred to as The Law of Attraction your thoughts create your reality and you can influence your reality by the thoughts you think and believe.
There are three steps to this ‘Law’; Ask. Align and Allow:
1. ASK
Know what you want and actually ASK for it. Speak it out into the Universe. Focus on what it is you DO want and not on what you DON’T want. Be disciplined about where you are putting your FOCUS for whatever you focus on… grows!
2. ALIGN
This means to actually ALIGN your thoughts, feelings and actions on and to that which you want to attract. In my opinion this is the MOST important step yet it often receives the least attention. Without actual FOCUSED ACTION and Positive CHANGE on your part, what you wish to manifest in your life will have a hard time showing up. To get what you want you will have to actually DO something! Wishing and hoping entails no real creativity and will create nothing but more ‘wishing and hoping’, no creative creations get created without bold and creative actions.
3. ALLOW
Eliminate any resistance such as fear, doubt and worry and go into your KNOWING and KNOW that what you asked for IS going to happen for you. Notice any intuitive messages you receive, synchronicities and signs that show up to help guide you along the way to getting what it is you want. If you are ALIGNED in your beliefs and ACTIONS you are sure to receive what it is you want and manifest your dream into reality.
What are your children living?
Mar 9th
“-Children Learn What They Live-
If children live with criticism,
they learn to condemn.
If children live with hostility,
they learn to fight.
If children live with fear,
they learn to be apprehensive.
If children live with pity,
they learn to feel sorry for themselves.
If children live with ridicule,
they learn to be shy.
If children live with jealousy,
they learn what envy is.
If children live with shame,
they learn to feel guilty.
If children live with Tolerance,
they learn to be Patient.
If children live with Encouragement,
they learn to be Confident.
If children live with Praise,
they learn to Appreciate.
If children live with Approval,
they learn to Like themselves.
If children live with Acceptance,
they learn to find Love in the world.
If children live with Recognition,
they learn to have a Goal.
If children live with Sharing,
they learn to be Generous.
If children live with Honesty and Fairness,
they learn what Truth and Justice are.
If children live with Security,
they learn to have Faith in themselves and those around them.
If children live with Friendliness,
they learn that the world is a Nice place in which to Live.
If children live with Serenity,
they learn to have a Peace of mind.
With what are your children living?”

Law of Attraction Quotes
Feb 28th
“Every thought vibrates, every thought radiates a signal, and every thought attracts a matching signal back. We call that process the Law of Attraction. The Law of Attraction says: That which is like unto itself is drawn. And so, you might see the powerful Law of Attraction as a sort of Universal Manager that sees to it that all thoughts that match one another line up.”
From Ask and It is Given by Esther and Jerry Hicks
“The mind is everything. What you think you become.” – Buddha
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. The mind is everything. What we think we become.” – Buddha
“Law of attraction says that all your thoughts, all images in your mind, and all the feelings connected to your thoughts will later manifest as your reality. In other words; everything you have in your life – now – has been attracted to you thru your mind.”
From Global Oneness http://www.experiencefestival.com/law_of_attraction
“Your imagination is your preview of life’s coming attractions.” -Albert Einstein
“We are not onlookers peering into the unified field of separate, objective reality – we are the unified field. We can reach beyond the physical body and extend the influence of intelligence. Every thought you are thinking creates a wave in the unified field. It ripples through all the layers of intellect, mind, senses, and matter, spreading out in wider and wider circles. You are like a light radiating not photons but consciousness. As they radiate, your thoughts have an effect on everything. Your relationship to life is the same as that of one cell to your whole body. One cell can talk to your whole body. One cell can influence your whole body. You can talk to the whole of life – influence the whole of life. The whole of life is as alive as we are. The distinction between ‘in here’ and ‘out there’ is a false one – as if the heart disregarded the skin because it was not on the inside.” -Deepak Chopra
“You are a creator; you create with your every thought. You often create by default, for you are getting what you are giving your attention to wanted or unwanted but you know by how it feels if what you are getting (creating) is what you are wanting or if it is not what you are wanting. (Where is your attention focused?)” -Abraham Hicks
An amazing quote…
Feb 24th
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?” Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that people won’t feel insecure around you. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in all of us. And when we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
Thinking happy thoughts…
Feb 23rd
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him, like a shadow that never leaves him.”
Buddha

Loving ME
Feb 9th
To be a loving person who is easily loving towards your spouse, kids, family, friends, work buddies, clients and even with your business and job, you have to first love your SELF!
The relationship you have with yourself is the blueprint that sets the tone and characteristics of your relationships with other people.
The secret to creating a successful, loving relationship with another lies in first learning and knowing how to love oneself.
Self-Love attracts good people and even more love into your life and it also quenches the “need” for someone else to “fill up your cup”.
We all know that we are to be considerate, kind, loving, accepting and generous towards other people but are we considerate, kind, loving, accepting and generous towards ourselves?
Do you ever tell yourself how amazing and wonderful YOU are? Do you acknowledge your inner and outer beauty, and your amazing gifts and talents? Do you demonstrate to yourself the qualities you wish to give to – and receive from others? Are you intimate, honest and respecting of yourself? Are you committed and faithful to you?
Your relationship with yourself will be mirrored in your relationships with other people. What we cannot give and receive from ourselves makes us lack an authentic ability to do so with others.
Keep stretching…
Feb 1st
We are all meant to grow and evolve in life but in order to do that we have to stretch ourselves repeatedly, incrementally increasing our flexibility and expanding our comfort zones.
We came here to grow, expand and evolve… to learn, and to explore, and to discover our gifts and rediscover our true nature, and true way of being.
Stretching ourselves whether physically, mentally, emotionally or spiritually is not always so easy but the benefits are SO worth it!
Whatever you resist will persist!
If you’re not allowing yourself to feel a bit uncomfortable, then you’re not stretching yourself enough and you’re not growing and evolving into your beautiful potential.
When we choose to stay exactly where we are just to avoid a few moments of discomfort we are allowing our ego’s fear and doubt to run the show and “delaying our soul’s expression of who we really are” and who we were meant to be.
